NOTES:
♦ Commissions are worked on based on type, response time of the client, and complexity of the piece. Queue order does NOT dictate what piece is worked on or finished first. Please refer to the ETA for the rough time estimate of your commission (from when your payment was processed)♦ Updates will be sent during the sketch and lineart phase (unless requested otherwise). Clients are responsible for responding in a timely manner. If a response is not received within 3 days after a secondary prompt from me, I will move your commission down the queue and progress halted until further correspondence.♦ Please email [email protected] if you wish to be put on my waitlist!
TERMS OF SERVICE

The following "Terms of Service" only apply to non-commercial and personal work. If you wish to discuss commercial work, please email [email protected] for inquiries.By ordering a commission, you agree to the following terms.
♦ I retain all rights to the finished commission and preliminary materials produced during the working process, which include but not limited to: distribution & reproduction, self-promotion, display on public sites & portfolio as commission samples.♦ I have the right to decline any commission.♦ I have the right to alter my "Terms of Service" at any time. New terms will not apply retroactively and will not influence orders started on older terms.
♦ Client must be 18+ years of age to order a commission.♦ Client must provide clear references of the commission subject for their commission. If clear references are not provided (ie: No established reference sheet of the character design, only mood-boards and rough design elements like face claims, etc), an additional "Designer's Fee" of +25% (of the entire commission) will be charged.This excludes subjects with pre-existing reference sheets, but would like adjustments (ex: Different outfits, updated design changes, etc)♦ Client may NOT use any part of their commission for non-fungible tokens (NFTs), blockchain, crypto currency, AI image generators, and future inventions of these technologies.♦ Client is responsible for responding in a timely manner. If no response is given within 3 days, a reminder will be sent in the case of the original correspondence being corrupted, missed, or lost. If no contact is established after an additional 3 days, the commission will be moved to the end of the current queue and all work will cease until further correspondence.
♦ All commissions agreed upon under these terms are for personal use only and cannot be used for commercial work of any kind.♦ For commercial work, please contact me at [email protected] to discuss further.♦ All finished commissions will be delivered through "email" or "Google Drive link" in .png image format. This does not include the working files (.procreate, .psd, .csp). File will be of the highest resolution (300 dpi) and include a small signature/watermark.♦ Non-commercial commissions are allowed to be printed, tattooed, or produced into merchandise for personal and non-profit use (by the discretion of the original client.)
♦ All transactions will be issued through Paypal Invoices. No exceptions.♦ Commission will be declined if payment is sent prior to discussing price. Payments will be returned with the net value after Paypal fees, conversion fees, and any additional fees from processing.♦ 100% payment must be paid upfront for commissions under $800 USD.♦ Commissions totaling $800+ can be "split priced", meaning 50% of your total must be paid upfront, but the remainder can be paid once the commission is completed. Please discuss with avoidghost for further information, thank you!♦ All invoices are due within 7 days of issuing, unless discussed otherwise. Invoices past the due date will be cancelled along with the commission associated with it.♦ Slots cannot be held.
GENERAL COMMISSIONS♦ Commission queue, progress, and waitlist can be viewed here.♦ General commission process is divided into 4 stages: sketch ➡ lineart ➡ color/render ➡ finished piece.♦ All clients will receive a sketch and lineart update. Further updates must be requested.♦ Client may have unlimited revisions during the sketch phase. Client may have 2 revisions during the lineart phase. Client must pay an additional +5% (of the entire commission) for each further revision.♦ Queue will be set up in the order full payment is received and processed.♦ Queue will be revised based on Client responses to updates, type of commission, and complexity of commission.
♦ Strictly NO refunds once commission has been started.♦ If applicable, any refunds will be the net amount I received after Paypal fees, conversion fees, and additional transaction fees were deducted.♦ When a "Split Payment" is applied, it is possible to cancel at delivery of the sketch. The 50% upfront payment will not be refunded.♦ Do not file chargebacks. Contact [email protected] first to resolve any issue. If Client proceeds to file a chargeback, you will be blacklisted from receiving any other product and/or service.
Failure to comply with my Terms of Service will result in a blacklist from any further services, as well as possible legal action.
