TERMS OF SERVICE

(Updated on December 1, 2025)

The following "Terms of Service" only apply to non-commercial and personal work.If you wish to discuss commercial work, please email [email protected] for inquiries.By ordering a commission, you agree to the following terms.

• ✧ THE ARTIST ✧

♦ I retain all rights to the finished commission and preliminary materials produced during the working process, which include but not limited to: distribution & reproduction, self-promotion, display on public sites & portfolio as commission samples.♦ I have the right to decline any commission.♦ I have the right to alter my "Terms of Service" at any time. New terms will not apply retroactively and will not influence orders started on older terms.

• ✧ THE CLIENT ✧

♦ Client must be 18+ years of age to order a commission.♦ Client must provide clear references for their commission. If clear references are not provided, an additional "Designer's Fee" of +25% (of the entire commission) will be added.♦ Client may NOT use any part of their commission for non-fungible tokens (NFT), blockchain, crypto currency, AI image generators, and future inventions of these technologies.♦ Client is responsible for responding in a timely manner. When updates are sent, please respond to the message within 3 working days. On day 3, I will send a reminder message incase the previous message was missed. If there is still no contact after an additional 3 days, I will move your commission to the bottom of my queue.

• ✧ THE COMMISSION ✧

♦ All commissions agreed upon under these terms are for personal use only and cannot be used for commercial work of any kind.♦ For commercial work, please contact me at [email protected] to discuss further.♦ All finished commissions will be delivered through "email" or "Google Drive link" in .png image format. This does not include the working files (.procreate, .psd, .csp). File will be of the highest resolution (300 dpi) and include a small signature/watermark.

• ✧ PAYMENT ✧

♦ All transactions will be issued through Paypal Invoices. No exceptions.♦ Your commission will be declined if payment is sent to my Paypal prior to discussing price. Payments will be returned with the net value after fees have been taken by Paypal.♦ 100% payment upfront for commissions under $600 USD.♦ "Payment Plan" available for $600+ USD Commissions. 50% upfront payment required, remainder can be discussed beforehand.♦ All invoices are due within 7 days of issuing, unless discussed otherwise. Invoices past the due date will be cancelled along with the commission associated with it.♦ Slots cannot be held.

• ✧ DEADLINE & WORKFLOW ✧

GENERAL COMMISSIONS♦ Commission queue, progress, and waitlist can be viewed here on my Trello.♦ General commission process is divided into 4 stages: sketch ➡ lineart ➡ color/render ➡ finished piece.♦ All clients will receive a sketch and lineart update. Further updates must be requested.♦ Client may have unlimited revisions during the sketch phase. Client may have 2 revisions during the lineart phase. Client must pay an additional +5% (of the entire commission) for each further revision.♦ Queue will be set-up in the order I receive full payment. Queue will be revised based on if Client responds to updates in a timely matter. Client's who do not respond within a timely matter will be moved to the bottom of the queue and not worked on until they have responded.FLASH SALE COMMISSIONS♦ Flash Sale commissions do NOT have an update period and will NOT be able to request one.♦ Client must send a colored reference of their requested character and design, including canon characters. (Minimum requirement for references must include flat colors, a clear and understandable sketch of the characters base parts that will be in the commission, (if traditional) good lighting, and any possible additions requested in the Flash Sale Form.)If reference is not clear enough to understand, is not complete (in context of the commission), or requires me to send a revision to ensure the design is correct, I will deny the commission.

• ✧ REFUND POLICY ✧

♦ Strictly NO refunds once commission has been started.♦ Any refunds will be the net amount I received after Paypal transaction fees were deducted.♦ When a "Payment Plan" is applied, it is possible to cancel at delivery of the sketch. The 50% upfront payment will not be refunded.♦ Do not file chargebacks. Please contact me first to resolve any issue. If you do so, I will block you from receiving any other services from me.
